    I submitted the online request, waited a week for the appointment because you can only schedule a week out....... and nobody called me at the scheduled time. Even though I received an email confirming the appointment several days ahead of time. I have now 2 useless heli's. I want these fixed or a refund....what do I need to do now?

    I got from x,max 2014. After replacing connecting rod. It would not blance to operation any more.
